I wasn't prepared for the blog critics.
Recently, someone suggested that my overuse of pictures is somehow cheating or slacking off.
Maybe. I like to think of it as a shift in style.
Within the same twenty-four hour period someone else suggested that I proof my entries more carefully for spelling and grammatical errors.
Ouch. That one hurt.
As much as I want to please my readers, here's what I have to say:
Tough.
a) I like the pictures, and 2) I am heman.

Too err is heman
good for you for staying true to your blogself. I wasn't prepared for the blog advisors. Friends are always telling me, "hey take a picture of my kid doing such and such and then put it on your blog." Or if we're out somewhere, i get comments like, "I'll be at the blog tomorrow to read about this. Make sure the entry's good." See, friends, blogs are free, and you can get one too!
Amen, lh.
Although I do sometimes tell KC what to blog about. I'm gonna stop doing that.
I don't really mind when people tell me what to blog about. I view that as a suggestion, and if it doesn't work out, so be it.
What bugs me is when people thing my blog is "true." All the stuff I write about actually happens, but the blog is not, like, my diary. You know?
i guess i don't mind when people suggest general topics, (just have to rant and rave at least a dozen times per dayabout something) but I rarely write on suggested topics because i'm just so independent. I do love the fictive aspect of blogging.
