We cannot help but hope to become better. And to me, the state of becoming seems like a nice place to be. No final resolutions, just ever and always becoming. I'm gonna unpack my things, settle in, and call it home. For whatever purpose and to whatever end, becoming is the Thing. With a capital T.

i'm trying to get into the idea, but i'm always worried that what i'm becoming might not be so hot. living in the moment is a challenge. rosalyn says that i should redefine a resolution as an invitation. not sure how that works, but it's another thing i'm rolling around in the brain right now. happy new year to you jdoc.
