After a year and a half of living with Cassie, I finally understand:
"I don't even think about sweeping the floors because I've always had carpet. I used to vacuum all of the time, but I'm not used to hardwood floors. And you know, I don't even really like the hardwood."

we have an electric sweeper for the hardwoods. It's v. good. it's like a vac, but streamlined.
