I've been standing my ground today as my hardworking and beloved partner talks about how much work he needs to do on the garage this weekend and do I really need to be at that conference all day?
The conference that I've had on my calendar since May? I ask. Yes. I'll be going to that all day tomorrow.
This is the hard stuff that marriages are made of. I'm not backing down.
