E: Every Third Day
Sam is Eating solid foods now and is therefore totally plugged up. He manages to Eke out a solid nugget Every third day, but it's quite an Excruciating Experience for all those involved.

Poor little Sam. Everything's so EXTREME in their little lives.
Solid food is a big move... too bad the other moves (BM) don't happen more easily.
Constipation is the worst. I still hate it. ;)
