I don't really understand why you stole the leeks from our garden. Sure, leeks are delicious, but so is the basil, mint, rosemary and thyme you left behind. Maybe herbs aren't your thing. If you had a recipe that required leeks and were out of your own, you should have knocked on the door. We would have given you some. That's what neighbors do. Also, are you the same person who stole the tomato plant last month? I hope so. I hate to think there are two of you.
Anyway, be careful not to choke on the leeks or anything. I would hate for that to happen.

Stealing the produce is v. rude. How much does a leek cost anyway?
But maybe you have a deer or some other type of non herb eating varmint hanging about?
